Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Product — No Refunds

Unnatiq delivers a digital product — your AI-generated career report. Since the report is generated instantly using AI computing resources and is unique to each user, we do not offer monetary refunds once the report has been delivered.

2. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand that you may have questions or concerns about your report. If you believe there is a genuine issue with your report, you can reach out to us:

• Email us at unnatiqai@gmail.com with specific details about what you found inaccurate or unhelpful.
• Our team will review your concern and respond within 48 hours.
• In cases where we find the concern to be valid, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an offline consultation to help you understand your report better and provide additional career guidance.

3. Cancellation

Unnatiq is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring billing to cancel. Once you pay, you receive lifetime access to your report.

If you have started the quiz but not yet paid, you can simply close the browser to stop. Your quiz progress may be saved for you to resume later, but no payment is required until you choose to generate your report.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment fails or is deducted but the report is not generated, contact us immediately at unnatiqai@gmail.com. We will either complete your report generation or issue a full refund for the failed transaction within 5–7 business days.

Duplicate payments (charged twice for the same report) will be refunded in full for the extra charge.

5. Refund Method (for failed/duplicate payments only)

Refunds for failed or duplicate payments are processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction. The timeline depends on your bank or payment provider but typically takes 5–7 business days.
